B2 level is typically required for international exchange programs, while C1-C2 levels enable students to pursue degrees taught in foreign languages and access diverse academic resources. Many universities now require specific CEFR certifications for graduation.]

For working professionals, these standardized levels provide clear benchmarks for career advancement in international business, diplomacy, translation, and academia. B2-C1 proficiency often determines eligibility for international assignments, while C2 level opens doors to specialized roles requiring native-like competence. The CEFR framework ensures employers can accurately assess language skills, making it an essential tool for career development in our interconnected global economy.
